Bob recently joined TekRefurbs to help design, implement, launch and maintain the company website. He has been in the tech field for over 15 years and has previously worked as a Technical Support Specialist, Information Technology Administrator, Electronic Repair Technician, and E-Commerce Manager.

Lindsey Myers

Customer Service Supervisor

Lindsey leads our Customer Service Team by example. She has mastered each aspect of the various Online Portals and assists other Team Members in addressing the concerns of our Customers. She has proficiently taken additional responsibilities that continue to make TekRefurbs a leader of the Refurbished Computer Industry.

Darnel Del Rio

Installation Supervisor and Technical Lead

Darnel comes from a Culinary background and can be credited with huge contributions in our Software Development and Windows Installation Department. Darnel has mentored new Employee Team Members and made each highly proficient in their work duties and output.

Manuel Escalante

Desktop PC Department Supervisor

Manuel Escalante is the Supervisor of our Desktop PC Department. He joined the TekRefurbs’ team a few years ago, and quickly adapted to our work expectations. Due to his hard work, professionalism and dedication, he rapidly became an important part of our company. Manuel now leads a huge team of PC Technicians, a true leader, he mentors many to excel here at TekRefurbs. We consider him a cornerstone of our success, TekRefurbs is proud to have someone with his knowledge and expertise on our team.

Kimberly Mackenney

Digitalintl and TekRefurbs Ebay Account Manager

Kim maintains an impressive, diverse role here at TekRefurbs. She specializes in Refurbished Medical Equipment and is our Ebay Accounts Manager. While managing our huge TekRefurbs and Digitalintl Ebay inventory and sales, she makes key contributions wholesaling huge amounts of TekRefurbs' computers and IT equipment. Kim also routinely helps our customers with troubleshooting, upgrades and purchasing help and advice. She leads by example and her hard work has helped propel TekRefurbs to be a clear leader in the IT Industry.

Manfredy Granados

Laptop Department Supervisor

Manfredy flourishes here at TekRefurbs as the Supervisor of the Laptop Department. He has orchestrated all of the crucial elements that make a great Refurbished Laptop. These include the evaluation, repair, configuration, cleaning and vinyl skinning during the Refurbishing process. Training and mentoring his Laptop Team Members has made the TekRefurbs’ Laptop Department second to none.
